CREDIT CONTROL / TELEPHONE ANSWERING WEB DESIGN COMPANY – ONE DAY A WEEK
The position is from 09.00 – 17.30 with half an hour break (8 hours paid) and can be from your home.
We need a polite, assertive and persistent person to phone and email our clients to pursue them for outstanding payments. The post will also require answering the phone for our business and passing on messages to staff. As a web design company we could also expand this post to an additional day to sell social media services to our clients and setting up Twitter, Linked In and Facebook entries. This would involve training on the client’s site which you will be paid travel costs and commissions for new business.
Assistant Part Time PHP developer
WEB DEVELOPER
Student or person who needs approximately 16 hours a week is required for updating and creating new developments working from our studio in Poole. Using our own PHP Content Management System you will create new CMS systems for clients with a quick turnaround.
We require someone with at least 3 years experience of PHP/MYSQL/CSS/LAMP/W3C/JOOMLA.
You must be self motivated, focused and able to work unsupervised.
As a methodical, well organised and able to cope with a variety of different tasks and priorities you should find multi-tasking easy and be able to set their own targets and beat them.
A willingness to self learn and the ambition to succeed with good communication skills giving confidence and integrity when dealing with clients, external suppliers or other team members.

WEB DESIGNER – HOME BASED (Dorset)
Due to increasing workloads we require a Designer. The person should have previous experience of designing websites in CSS and preferably optimising clients’ websites; researching phrases & competition; monitoring and continually improving website SE positioning. You should be a methodical, organised and diligent person who is self motivated and can work on their own.
ASP / PHP developer an advantage
An added advantage would be for them to also have database development experience working in asp or php for E-commerce websites.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISER / SPECIALIST – HOME BASED (Dorset)
To assist our current team we need a Search Engine Optimiser. The position can be part or full time. You will be responsible for researching and developing new strategies to ensure clients’ websites are found high in major Search Engines. Knowledge of HTML would be an advantage.
- Good copywriting skills to create SEO friendly text
- Passion to research, join forums and be proactive, up to date and knowledgeable as to what is happening with Search Engines
- Introduce researched key words and key phrases into the website
- Website submission
- Analysis of results
- Reporting to clients
- Ability to improve rankings and results
